General Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability of the GTCs

These GTCs of Diddlshop.ch are valid for an indefinite period. Diddlshop.ch reserves the right to amend the GTCs.

2. Delivery and Deadlines

Diddlshop.ch delivers the ordered goods to the delivery address specified by you. For Switzerland and abroad, the shipping costs published on the website apply. For deliveries abroad, the buyer assumes the additional taxes and duties. The buyer is obliged to accept the goods. The delivery times of approximately ten days mentioned by diddlshop.ch are non-binding and depend on various factors.

3. Fulfillment of the Contract

The confirmation from Diddlshop.ch is decisive for the scope and execution of the delivery. In cases of obvious typographical and billing errors, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, benefits and risks pass from the sender to the buyer upon departure of the goods.

4. Payment Terms

Deliveries are made in principle only against advance payment and credit card debit (via Paypal).

5. Data Protection

The data necessary for business processing will be stored. All personal data will, of course, be treated confidentially.

6. Final Provisions

Only Swiss law applies, even if ordered from abroad or delivered abroad. By ordering goods, the buyer accepts these GTCs. Amendments or additions to the GTCs are made exclusively by Diddlshop.ch.
