Shipments that exceed the maximum size for standard parcels (length greater than 100 cm or two dimensions over 60 cm and a maximum weight of 30 kg) are considered bulky goods.

Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing times. This is beyond our control.

All shipments are subject to customs duties, and VAT may be payable upon import into the EU and other countries. These and any other customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

The responsibility for informing oneself about the customs and import regulations of the home country lies solely with the customer.
