There may be delays in delivery due to customs processing time. This is beyond our control.
All shipments are subject to customs duties and additional VAT payments may be due upon import into the EU. These and any other customs costs and fees are borne by the customer.
The obligation to inform oneself about the customs and import regulations of the home country is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Costs arising from the fact that the address given by the customer when ordering was incorrect or insufficient (undeliverable) shall be borne by the customer (see GTC).
